・If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
(If the product page states that cancellation is not possible, we cannot accept it.)

・We accept returns, refunds, and reorders.

About returns due to customer convenience
・Please check the contents as soon as possible after the product arrives.
・As a general rule, we cannot accept returns after use.
・We cannot accept returns of products whose protective seal has been removed.
・We cannot accept returns of products that are marked as non-returnable on the product page, such as limited products and made-to-order products.
・Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 30 days after the product arrives.
To obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), email your order number to info@ttandco.com within 30 days.
・Returns are only possible for completely new products.
・Products come with tags, boxes, labels, bags, and packages.
・Please only try it on indoors and never use it for driving.
・Please be careful when handling scratches, etc. before trying on.
(Be careful with your fingernails, rings, etc., as matte black is particularly susceptible to scratches.)
・Returns cannot be accepted after the product has been exchanged.
・If the product is returned without contacting us, we will not be able to take any action.
(We are very sorry, but we will dispose of the items you have entrusted to us.)
・In order to prevent scratches on the product, please put it in a helmet bag and pack it in the same condition as when it arrived.
(Be careful not to scratch the matte black, as it is particularly easy to scratch.
If the product is damaged, we may not be able to accept the return. )
・Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
・Please use Fedex, DHL, or USPS as the shipping company.
・If it is not returned within one week, it will be cancelled.
・After completing the return, please let us know the tracking number of the parcel by e-mail.
・As soon as the product arrives at our company, we will inspect it, and if there is no problem with the product, we will process the refund.
・The refund amount will be the full purchase price.
