We ship to all regions where delivery is available.

Shipping Warehouses

All orders are shipped from either our warehouse in Japan or the United States.

Shipping Fees

We determine shipping fees and include a handling fee. Please be aware that fees may increase depending on your specific shipping location.

The 21 items listed below are currently in stock at our US warehouse. For delivery within the United States, the shipping fee is $20. For all other countries, the cost is $40.

All other products are shipped from our Japan warehouse. Domestic shipping within Japan is free. Shipping to all other countries is $40.

Delivery Times

Delivery for standard products is typically within one week. Delivery times for custom products will vary depending on the item.

Please note that this is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx or UPS for all deliveries.

We are not responsible for any delays or damage to products caused by the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues or disputes with the shipping company, it is your responsibility to resolve them at your own expense. We are not obligated to intervene in such matters.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to a reason caused by the customer (e.g., the package is not received at the designated address), we reserve the right to retrieve the product. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all retrieval costs. We also reserve the right to immediately cancel the contract for the product at our discretion.

Customs, Taxes, and Additional Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations of your country before placing an order.

For U.S. Customers:
Due to the repeal of the de minimis rule, starting August 29 at 12:01 a.m. (U.S. EDT), all shipments clearing U.S. Customs will be subject to a duty.
The exact amount varies by product, destination, and carrier. Please confirm the duty amount with the shipping company or a customs specialist.

Note: U.S. inventory items (including major helmets) are excluded.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. After an order has been shipped, a cancellation may still be possible at your expense, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. We request that all returns be sent to the TT&CO.  address in Japan. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs fees and return shipping costs.
