Sewn leather on the rim portion of the helmet. Finished with one needle stitch hand-sewn. Sinew strings has been through all hat body. Entire process, it is all handmade in our TOKYO FACTORY.
Brown cowhide leather thickness is Extreme thickness. It is vegetable tanning of Japan production. The leather trim gives you that nice vintage look and feel.
Helmet pass Japanese Standard and DOT Standard.
