TT&Co. Helmet Sizing & Custom Fit Options

TT&CO. helmets are designed for those who find vintage helmets from Western brands a bit too large. With our slim, vintage-inspired designs, you'll get the perfect fit without compromising on style. Below, you'll find everything you need to select the right size, along with our exclusive custom options to enhance your helmet's fit and comfort.

How to Measure & Choose Your Helmet Size

To measure your head, follow the steps below:

1. Place a flexible measuring tape around the fullest part of your head. Start from the center of your forehead, move over your ears, and around the back of your head at the widest point.
2. Measure this position to get the most accurate circumference.

This method is generally the best approach for selecting your helmet size. If you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or ribbon, and then measure the length with a ruler.

Please note that hair thickness and personal measuring preferences can cause slight variations in size, so we recommend measuring 3–5 times and averaging the results for the most accurate fit.

Cheek Pads

The ToeCutter collection features custom cheek pads for a more personalized fit. If your head circumference falls between 56-57cm and you find the cheek area too loose, we recommend our S-size cheek pads and size-adjusting foam (please note that the foam's effectiveness can vary from person to person).

If you find the cheek area too tight, the XL-size cheek pads are your solution. These interior options allow you to adjust the M/L helmets to an XS or S size for a tailored fit.

FAQ

Is there an XL size for Super Magnum? The M/L size seems small, so what is the next size up?

Currently, we do not manufacture an XL size for Super Magnum.

For Super Magnum, the next size up from the standard M/L size is the oversized XXL (up to 63 cm). However, for the same jet helmet, the 500-tx does have an oversized size, with L/XL (58–59 cm) and XXL (60–61 cm) sizes available. Please consider this as an option if it suits you.

Can you tell me the difference in size fit between Super Magnum and 500-TX?

Super Magnum is a standard-sized product, with thicker EPS padding inside and a larger shell compared to the 500-TX.

The 500-TX, being an oversized model, has thinner EPS padding, which makes it fit looser compared to the Super Magnum.

Which jet helmet has the smallest shell? I don’t want to end up looking like a matchstick.

The 500-TX with the S shell has the smallest size.
