Jason Momoa Collaboration helmet

Jason Momoa Signature Model

Jason Momoa, who has a personal connection with Hiro, the representative of TT&CO. The design incorporates the iconic tattoo of Jason Momoa. It is a special helmet that combines his traditional Polynesian tattoos with TT&CO.'s aging process and hand-stitched leather craftsmanship.

This is a vintage-inspired aging model. It is a one-of-a-kind piece, carefully finished by artisans with manual techniques, featuring damage, dirt, gloss wear, rust, and other aging effects. The leather trim is inspired by vintage models from the 1960s. The leather has been subtly and modestly puffed up.

WESCO Collaboration helmet

WESCO Collaboration

A double-name collaboration with WESCO based on the 'KARERA' model produced by McHAL in the 1950s. All leather used for the helmet is the brown-core horsehide from the 'CENTURY BOSS' 100th Anniversary Model by WESCO. It comes with a genuine leather-trimmed visor.

HWZN Collaboration helmet

HWZN Collaboration

This is the HWZN.MFG.CO original version of patina art, featuring highly technical real cracks. These cracks, which could only be caused by decades-old paint, naturally developed due to aging. It is a vintage-inspired aging model, finished with damage, dirt, gloss wear, rust, and other aging effects. The rust process on snap buttons may cause them to peel off due to the removal of visors. As each one is individually handcrafted by artisans, the finishes may differ.

Evilact Collaboration

This is a faithfully recreated reissue of the early 1950s PROTECTOR model, enhanced with original paint and unique aging techniques that reflect our signature craftsmanship. This special edition is directed by Evilact's MINATO, based in Yokohama. The body is made using the FRP molding process, and instead of traditional paint, it features a white gel coat finish. Additionally, a custom aging process with REAL CRACK is applied to the entire helmet, giving it the authentic vintage look.

TROPHY CLOTHING Collaboration

The shell, made of fiber, faithfully reproduces vintage helmet details such as the mold marks, cream color from aging, and cross-grain often seen in original models. The interior adopts a hanging method, and rather than simply recreating past models, it combines various vintage details from a unique perspective into an original design. There are two color options: a natural white with subtle gel coating that will evolve with age, and a sophisticated charcoal, which was not seen in vintage helmets. Additionally, there are awe-inspiring relic (aging processed) models in both white and charcoal, all carefully finished by 'HIRO PATINA ART STUDIO.' These truly exemplify the essence of TT&CO.

THE TT&CO. STORY

TT&CO. started in the garage as a custom motorcycle shop, fueled by our love for classic American iron. In 2015, we turned to helmet making, carrying that same vintage soul and rider-first mindset into everything we build.

Our crew is nothing but motorcyclists who pour sweat into crafting helmets with both attitude and comfort. We constantly fine-tune our work through miles of real-world riding, chasing that raw appeal that's hard to come by these days.

Look for our trademark—that hand-sewn leather rimshot. It's not just a detail; it's proof of our craft and quality.

At TT&CO., we keep pushing forward, driven to build helmets that make the ride better for today's riders and tomorrow's road warriors.
